The Board of Directors functions to advise, assist and aid in our efforts to support breast cancer education and outreach programs.

Board Members
Mark Osmers

Mark is Senior Director of New Vehicles at AutoNation. He is a native of New York but is truly a West Coast soul. After completing his degree at the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University, he worked at the Arizona Republic newspaper in retail sales. Before joining AutoNation, Mark worked at major ad agencies including Omnicom’s DDB NY office and Interpublic Group’s Campbell Ewald on Chevrolet. Mark is an avid photographer. He is married with three daughters – all teens. Yes!

Jeff Thomas

Jeff is the Regional Senior Vice President of Sales at iHeartMedia in Los Angeles, leading the sales efforts for the past 15 years for the top revenue producing radio region in the US.  After graduating with a Bachelors Degree of Applied Arts, Broadcast and Cinematic Arts from Central Michigan University, he worked in various sales roles.

Bradley Schmidt

Bradley is the Founder and CEO of Inglewood Imaging Center, LLC which has advanced cancer and body imaging access point for LA County’s patients and MD’s. Since opening in 2007, Inglewood Imaging Center has worked with over 3,000 Physician offices for PET/CT, MRI and CAT scans. Bradley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.

Russell Ching

Russell is an Associate Attorney at Stonesifer & Chong representing workers’ compensation insurance companies, self-insured employers and third-party administrators.  Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne, Russel has held various associate attorney positions.

Amy Johnson

Amy Johnson grew up in San Diego’s North County in Poway and knew from an early age that she wanted to be a television news reporter. After graduating from California Baptist University in Riverside on a four-year volleyball scholarship, Amy began her news career at the CBS affiliate in Coos Bay, Oregon as an anchor/reporter. Amy’s career path took her to Columbia, S.C., Milwaukee, Wis. and Boston before leading her back home to Southern California where she joined the KCBS/KCAL team in 2005. Amy helped launch the stations’ Ventura County bureau in April 2006.

Adrienne Lee

Adrienne Lee is the Store Director at Bulgari in Beverly Hills.

Josh Neman

Josh is an Assistant Professor, Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine.  As a neuroscientist, Josh leverages his lab to raise awareness that transdisciplinary research between neurobiology and cancer foundations can advance our current understanding of how the nervous system contributes to primary and metastatic brain tumors.  Josh has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Neuroscience from UCLA and a Doctorate of Neurobiology from David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

Marveina Peters

Marveina Peters Johnson is President of Teresa Peters Executive Realtors, Inc., a 100% woman and minority owned business, a mother-daughter duo. Her mother Teresa founded the business in 1992 with a vision to create clientele wealth through residential and commercial investment.  Armed with an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Criminal Justice, she brings both worlds together in her company. As a former Inglewood Police Officer, she realized the essential need to house and protect victims of domestic violence. Since 2008, when she joined the team, Marveina has been changing the lives of women for the providing safe homes for victims across LA, San Bernardino and Clark County.

Elvia Soukup

Elvia is the Vice President and Sr. Relationship Manager of the Business Banking Group at Manufacturers Bank.  She focuses on Specialty Deposits to offer customized banking solutions to professional fiduciaries, trust and estate planning attorneys as well as nonprofit organizations and foundations.  Elvia has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University Los Angeles.

Nicole Wells

Nicole L. Wells joined the Banc of California executive leadership team as Senior Vice President of Bank Operations for Private Banking. She is proactive in her community and believes in local and personal grassroots efforts to drive business. She holds a MA in Public Administration-Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Public/Private Collaborations and completed the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, Executive Education Program “Greater Returns” in May of 2011. Selected as Proctor & Gamble 2017 Our Black is Beautiful National Ambassador, Nicole believes in thriving communities through empowerment and regularly volunteers her time to give back and teach financial literacy throughout the ICEF network of schools in Los Angeles and Inglewood. Nicole is a native of Los Angeles and lives in the city of Inglewood with her Rottweiler Tank and Shih Tzu Tuxedo.

Candice Witek

Candice Witek is a board-certified health coach, founder of women’s wellness product line Flourish RX and a nationally recognized women’s health advocate. A two-time breast cancer survivor, Candice connects to audiences with authenticity, wisdom and activates change through her public speaking outreach and support of charity. She is a graduate of USC Annenberg School and Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Plant-Based Chef, MBSR Facilitator, Corporate Wellness Programmer and Mother of 3. With the launch of her product line, Candice educates and empowers women on self-care for all stages and ages of womanhood.
